I've set up Blue Pebble Consulting because the more I worked in the corporate world, the more people and teams I met that were simply out of balance, including myself. I've seen so many people that are close to breaking point because they feel pressure to be the best in everything. They felt they had to be perfect parents with a perfect career and a perfect body but ultimately they were just unhappy, unfulfilled and stressed.

I realised that I could help my clients achieve balance in their lives, by listening and by helping them find their real priorities and simply going for it. In the corporate world I have the ambition to do the same thing. Of course money is important for any business owner, but that should never be at the expense of the people working for the business. Engaged employees will go that extra mile for their employer, so investing in people makes financial sense.

I have accumulated plenty of life experience and business insights. If you need credentials, I have over 15 years' experience in business, in the private, public and third sector, mostly in HR and Training and Development. I'm a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a qualified workplace mediator and equipped with degrees in Psychology and Human Resource Management. I am a YB12 Coach, a Sum Sanos™ Coach and I am currently working towards ICF ACC Life Coach accreditation.
